DAPHNE4NFDI at ReMade@ARI High-Level Workshop 2026
Bridget Murphy, DAPHNE4NFDI spokesperson, participated in the ReMade∂ARI High-Level Workshop 2026 (4–5 May, Brussels), contributing to Focus Group 2: “The Role of Research Infrastructures in Tackling Emerging Challenges.” ReMade@ARI is a project funded from the Research Infrastructure program of Horizon Europe, providing a central hub for access to all European analytical research infrastructures supporting materials R&D for a circular economy. The event brought together key persons from ReMade@ARI, users from industry and academia who profited from the support of ReMade@ARI, junior scientists from the Smart Science Cluster, stakeholders from circular economy, coordinators of other challenge-driven trans-national access initiatives and policymakers. The workshop provided an important platform to reflect on lessons learned from challenge-driven access models, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the evolving role of research infrastructures in Europe. Discussions also highlighted the importance of connecting scientific excellence, user support, and FAIR data practices across communities. We would like to warmly thank Lakshmi Bhaskaran, Ph.D.( Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR)) and Barbara Schramm (HZDR) for the invitation and the excellent organization of this inspiring event. #DAPHNE4NFDI #ReMadeARI #ResearchInfrastructures #FAIRdata #OpenScience #PhotonScience #CircularEconomy #HZDR
